How we do this
We review all transfers. Sometimes we'll ask you to provide some extra information before we send your transfer.
What do I need to do?
We'll email you if we need more information or specific documents from you. Keep an eye on your inbox and junk / spam folder. If you don’t hear from us, you don’t need to do anything.
We have a legal requirement to complete these checks and failing to provide them could delay your transfer or mean that we need to cancel it.
How long do reviews take?
Reviews take up to 3 hours.
We work as quickly as we can to review transfers in the order in which they are made. We know that delays are frustrating, but there's nothing you can do to speed up the review process.
